15 Laurel Drive is an end-unit townhome located in the quiet hills of Corte Madera. Home was built in 1986 and
was recently remodeled by the owner. Home has many amenities such as hard flooring throughout, recessed
lighting, and a Tesla EV charger in the attached two car garage. The kitchen features quartz countertops and
stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has an suite private deck and an attached bathroom with shower
over tub. The fireplace in the living room is decorative and is not to be used to house fire.

15 Laurel Drive has easy access to Highway 101, San Francisco, and two of the major shopping centers in Marin.
It is also moments away from Mount Tamalpais, the Marin Headlands, and the countless outdoor amenities, hiking,

The owner is looking for an initial lease term of 15 months. Owner is willing to consider 1-2 small to medium

Each RNB office is independently owned and operated, and applications cannot be transferred from office to office. Section 8: If an applicant applies for a home with more bedrooms than their voucher permits, the property owner has the right to deny the application based on this discrepancy.
