The front door enters onto the top/main floor of the home. The top floor has air conditioning and a kitchen
with a bar style breakfast nook, granite countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances with a gas range.
Large windows that view the patio and a skylight make for a very open feeling cook space. The kitchen opens
into the dining area of the home. The living room room also has a gas fireplace, large windows allowing an
abundance of natural light and a double door to the deck area that has views that are not to be missed.
Completing the top floor is the primary bedroom, with two separate walk-in closets and a full attached
bathroom with a standing shower plus the second bedroom and a second full bathroom.
The middle floor of the home opens into a study, and has two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a full
shower over tub. This floor also accesses the laundry room and a two car garage which comes with a second
refrigerator and a separate mini-freezer. The lower level of the home boasts a bonus room with vaulted
ceilings, a second gas fireplace, built in cabinets with tall bookshelves, and an additional half bathroom.
From the lower level of the home you can access the backyard area, which has both a jacuzzi surrounded by oak
trees long with a sauna right next to it. Down a staircase you will also find a flat outdoor space for
recreational activities.
Home is in the desirable city of Greenbrae, which has easy access to highway 101 and the Sir Francis Drake
corridor that access West Marin and the countless outdoor options that Marin offers. There is convenient
shopping nearby with both the Bon Air Market and Larkspur Landing in close proximity, with the countless
amenities of San Rafael right over the hill. Greenbrae is considered to have some of the best weather in all

Bi-monthly landscaping will be provided by the owners. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities. Owner is
willing to consider one small to medium sized pet with an addition to the security deposit. Home is currently
occupied-please do not disturb the current residents.
